Our Commercial real estate practice handles
all types of matters related to commercial real estate. We
provide advice and counsel on commercial projects and
transactions; including leasing, contract of sale, acquisition and sale
of existing improved properties and development of complex multi-use
projects. From office leases to acquisition and sale of industrial
property portfolios, we have represented our clients in the successful acquisition,
development, leasing and sale of all types of properties for
commercial use, including major office buildings and office parks,
luxury hotels, and multifamily housing projects throughout the West and
Southwest. Our experience including disputes involving
commercial real estate including partnership dissolution disputes, joint
venture disputes, brokerage commission disputes, tort and construction
defect cases. The firm prides itself on its ability to timely and
efficiently handle all litigation needs for real estate developers,
owners, tenants and brokers.
We
advise on all phases of a transaction, including structuring and
negotiating the deal, performing or coordinating due diligence review,
generating documentation, and overseeing the closing.
Beyond this, we typically continue to provide services to our clients
after closing, on matters such as development, management, leasing and
sale. To bring additional expertise to its
legal and business orientation, we have an extensive background in all
aspects of commercial real estate brokerage and management.
